Wherever you’re from the destination of Dauphin on the Gulf (DOG) is a wonderful experience for you to forever treasure. DOG is a furnished vacation rental located on the most beautiful Gulf- front private lot.
It begins as you drive over the 
dune on Audubon St. to the private gate and your first vision of the Gulf of Mexico.
Travel down Audubon Place, notice the Gulf on the left and sand dunes on the right, is 333 A
udubon Place.
Drive past mature trees for ample parking on both sides of the welcoming double entrance Y deck
Open the glass door to a spacious foyer with beautiful glass chandelier and extra high 9 foot ceiling.
Hang your keys on the right because you will want to stay for quite a while.
Enjoy many meals around the extra-large table and chairs ready for sharing food and thoughts.
Unload groceries in the pantry and multiple wood cabinets graced with gorgeous granite counter-tops. Glance out the kitchen window over the double sink with disposal. Notice the kitchen has a built in dishwasher, microwave, with electric flat top range and large refrigerator.
The welcoming window seat with the breathtaking eastern view, perfect place to curl up and watch the sun rise to let the mornings begin. Now in the living room you cannot help but be drawn to the double French patio doors that lead to the largest deck.
The furnished living area with comfortable couch, loveseat and rocking/recliner chairs.
A 50” television with wireless Wi-Fi and sound system are also provided.
You cannot wait to go outside to enjoy the deck.
Grab a chair and put your feet up to relax either in the shade provided by the upper deck or bask in golden sunshine since the huge lower deck runs the entire Gulf side of the home.
Look over the Gulf, there is so much to watch, pelicans and sea gulls playing, might be a good idea to grab binoculars to not miss dolphins feeding.
But don’t get too comfortable yet there is a lot more to see. You can either reenter through the living room or the French patio door to the Dolphin Queen room that shares the spacious deck. Let’s walk back to the foyer to complete the downstairs tour.
Under the upstairs is a closet for beach toys previous DOG patrons have left. Feel free to use for your enjoyment. Also located under the stairs is a half bath for your convenience.
To the right is the quiet, intimate den. A perfect room for alone time to read or write.
No TV here, but there is a house phone for your use and wireless Wi-Fi. Comfortable table and chairs makes it a great place for small groups to participate in lively games or cards. Some of which are provided in the closet.
Next is the downstairs full bathroom. Designed for multi uses, has a large beautiful double sink and convenient shower with a private rest room area.
Last is the only bedroom on the first floor, the Dolphin Queen room. Probably the best feature is the French patio door that gives fabulous access and views of the Gulf.
There is a double, glass-door closet to store your items and reflect the playing-dolphins queen size bedspread.
A window seat awaits daydreams and reflections and a TV for your enjoyment.
Let’s go upstairs; notice the hard wood floors in hallway and bedrooms. On the left is the first master bedroom, an outstanding room that looks out over the Gulf and private upper deck. French patio doors provide ease in accessing the deck.
This room also has a window seat to conveniently curl up and relax for hours. An intimate master bedroom furnished with a king size bed and a full private bath.
There is a light and airy full bathroom down the hall. This has both tub and tile shower for your convenience.
The front bedroom is furnished with two twin beds with pull out trundles, if needed. A small desk and chair are provided plus a TV with DVD. Extra high additional outside deck door lock if there are small children. Glass door opens to lovely front deck.
This deck provides exceptional views of native trees and natural sand dune. It will provide almost a completely different ecosystem from the beach environment to watch and admire.
Blue jays, mockingbirds are just a few of the birds that frequent the area with migrating species plentiful. Remember, the Audubon Bird Sanctuary is within walking distance to the property. Again you are going to be drawn to sit back and just enjoy the scenery but there is so much more to see.
Notice the efficiency washer and dryer conveniently located in the upstairs hallway.
A multifunctional sitting/bedroom that could be a private bedroom for 2 people with a comfortable daybed and a pull out trundle. It also has access to upstairs front deck and a closet.
Or open the double door to the majestic master bedroom, yes, there are 2 master bedrooms, to use as a private setting room.
The ultimate in privacy and accessibility if you chose to use the multipurpose room as an addition to the major master bedroom.
It opens the entire side of the home. Allowing access not only to front deck but also rear Gulf front deck. This offers breathtaking views and incredible room with privacy. Use the multipurpose room as a quiet sitting room sometimes it is just nice to get away from everyone and have a place to reflect and rewind.
Last is the majestic second and largest master bedroom. It is gigantic! This master bedroom has a King size bed, armoir with TV, cozy sitting area and extra-large double closet.
Don’t forget the superior master bath.
It has spacious double sinks and an extra-large shower.
Double French patio doors overlook the upstairs private deck and Gulf. What an unbelievable experience!!
